Let the Light shine
In the 1950s, Walter Keane became known for his paintings of children with big, sad eyes and grew wildly successful in the ’60s. In 1965, however, following a divorce, his now ex-wife Margaret dropped a big bomb claiming she was the artist behind all of Walter’s work. Getting out of this hole goes beyond positive thinking.
The land is continually ruled by despots who demand absolute obedience. Even more, the people are forced to abandon their faith and driven to follow their rulers' religion. After decades of oppression a family finally rises up and sparks a fight to win the land back and restore the national identity.
The Jews therefore came around him and said to him, “How long will you hold us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.” It is Hanukkah or the Feast of the Dedication (as translated to Greek) where we find Jesus at the temple in Jerusalem (John 10:22-23).
Every person in the world is more than ready to say good bye to such an unsettling year. The great upheaval brought about by the pandemic worldwide pushed us to take a hard look at how we live our lives. We all shifted and will definitely be never the same again.
